  • What is Braiins Shop?

    Braiins Shop is an ecommerce store made and run by Braiins. After years of waiting, we've finally launched our merchandise line and will be updating it regularly with new merch of all kinds.

  • Why is there a pre-order period and what are Merch Blocks?

    We opted for the pre-ordering system for two main reasons. First is that everyone is going to get what they want and in their desired size because it's made-to-order – no compromises due to sold out stock.

    Second is the sustainabaility of this model – there will be no wasted materials and no leftover garments sitting in a warehouse storage somewhere.

    That means every Merch Block is unique and items can be purchased only during the pre-order period, after which no designs will ever be reproduced.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide. However, C-19 precautions may cause some restrictions outside of our control. In that case, we will work with you personally to try to figure something out.

  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from our hometown of Prague, Czech Republic. Your order may be subject to international customs clearence if you are located outside of the EU (which Czech Republic is a part of).

  • What does shipping cost?

    Shipping fees depend on your location and its proximity to us in the EU. Generally, shipping prices will be lowest within the EU, and slightly higher for North America and the rest of the world. However, C–19 precautions may cause unexpected delays or even restrictions.

    We ship with GLS to mainland Europe, FedEx and Spring XBS is available for the rest of the world.

  • When will the products be shipped?

    After the pre-order period ends, it will take 3–4 weeks to produce the garments. Once all the merch has been made, orders will be shipped immediately.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Within the EU, no more than 2-3 days. About a week to USA and Canada, and 2-3 weeks to the rest of the world.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will get a tracking link (where possible) in an email when your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchange
  • What is your return policy?

    You can return your item within 14 days after receiving.

  • How can I exchange or return my product?

    Due to a nature of pre-ordering system, exchanging a size or style will not be possible. Please, measure your existing garments precisely and compare it to our sizing table. If it doesn't fit, contact us via the Help button.
